Being "born again" is tough on gay men, and he will certainly need all the support he can get from outside, because he is unlikely to receive it from within his faith.

If Tom wishes to become a born again Christian, that is his right.  However, if he is doing it because someone or something has pushed their beliefs on him; then he is not being honest with himself.  Only you and the man above can tell you when it your calling to turn over a leaf.  As for those anti-gay/homophobic individuals; they need to take a good look at themselves.  Although it's been stated that homosexuality is a sin;  it's even a bigger sin to be a judgmental Christian.  Cast out the first stone of those among us who have not sinned in our lifetime.  Unless one can walk on the top surface of a large body ofwater;along with feeding ten thousands of people with a few fish and some bread; able to turn a bottle of water into wine,along with make a substance which consists of one own saliva and sand which is place on the eyes of a blind individaul, which they wash it off and regain their sight... their name is not Jesus Christ!!  Don't get me wrong, along with going to church; I worship the Lord, read the bible, and put the Lord first and foremost in my life.  I still don't walk around swearing up and sown that I am holier than thou, because I know I am not.  Anyone who tells me that is;one they're lying and two there full of it!  Overall, if he wishes to turn over a new leaf, make sure it is for the right reasons.

Christianity is a heterosexuals only club, and as far as I'm concerned they can have it.  Religion is for those who fear death or want to be told what to do, and not by God either, but by other people.

This may come as a suprise to you people, but just because you are a christian doesn't mean you hate or look down on gays. Christianity a heterosexuals only club? That's the most idiotic thing i've heard today. Really.

The people who claim to be Christian and don't look down on gays are the ones who have combined humanism into their religion. (Not that that is a bad idea, but it isn't Christian either.) Christianity is trapped within the dictates of the Bible and as anyone who has really given the Bible a good look will tell you one of its founding principles, contrary to popular belief, is one of exclusivity.

If the actor formerly known as Tom Katt feels this is the path his life must follow, who are we to argue other wise?  I hope you find what you're looking for Tom.  I'll miss seeing you in films.

Those christians have a lot to answer for.   I always suspected that those with hard bodies has soft heads.   This is to silly for words....  Almost as silly as religion itself.

I think the queer community is mature and compassionate enough to know that love is stronger than hate. And no love is more difficult than loving those who hate us. If we can't find it in ourselves to love our enemies, aren't we just doing what fundamentalist Christians are doing? So, if converting to Christianity is what Tom wants to do, then go for it, I say. I just hope he's doing it for the right reasons, though.

Homosexuality has existed long before there were christians or jews or any other similar superstition and will be around long after we come to our senses and abandon all that voodoo nonsense.   I do not understand how any self-respecting *** could ever be a christian.
